Booking Terms & Conditions To secure your appointment, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. ✅ Deposit can be paid via Zelle (346-315-7007) or CashApp($QuestBraids) ✅ Remaining balance is due at your appointment (cash, Zelle, or CashApp accepted). Please note: Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling: 🔄 You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. 🚫 Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. ❗ No call / no show appointments will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals: ⏰ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your spot may be released, and you may need to wait for the next available slot. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire service.
